We offer this beautiful proof silver medal from The National Memorial Medal and Fire Service Bill of Rights Act which was passed by Congress and signed into Public Law 102-406 by Predident George Bush Sr. on October 12, 1992. This historic medal was specially designed by the United States Mint to commemorate Ben Franklin's contributions to the American Fire Service and to recognize the achievements and needs of America's fire services.
